Shipping & Returns
Every piece is drawn and framed for you, then carefully packed for its journey.
Production & timing
Each Gallery Treasures piece is drawn by pen and framed by hand only after you order it. Pieces ship in 5–7 business days. If a piece will take longer, we'll email you.
Shipping
We ship within the United States via UPS, with tracking emailed to you as soon as your piece leaves the studio in Pasadena, California. Framed art is packed with corner protection and rigid materials to protect the glass and frame in transit.
Damaged in transit
We stand behind the object. If your piece arrives damaged or defective, email orders@gallerytreasures.com within 14 days with a photo and your order number, and we'll remake and reship it at no charge, or refund you in full.
Returns
Because every piece is made to order, we don't accept general returns or exchanges. Your satisfaction still matters — if something isn't right, reach out and we'll make it right.
